Common questions
  • Choose the model of gift card among those on offer.
  • Enter an amount between €20 and €150.
  • Then enter the email address of the gift card recipient and a message for them. (If you want, you can also enter your email address to print the card off and give it to the recipient at the right time). Then click on 'I confirm and add this product to the basket' to complete your order.
  • As soon as your order is confirmed, the recipient will receive their e-gift card within one hour by email in PDF format. Please note that the gift card will only be sent to the email address provided.
  • At the time of purchase of the gift card, you cannot use either a promotional code or a gift code.
  • A gift card is not a product but a means of payment.
  • Validate this on our website (www.fragonard.mom) upon payment. You can complete your payment using another method if the gift card does not cover the total amount of your order
  • In all of our Fragonard establishments (see the complete list of boutiques, factories and museums where the e-gift card can be used in our general conditions of use).
  • However, the purchase of a gift card does not allow you to book the "Apprentice Perfumer" workshops, "Chemins parfumés" (Fragrant Paths) or conferences.
